BOCA Parmesan Topped Meatless Rustic Pizza
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 tsp. olive oil, divided
- 1/2 cup chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) baby spinach leaves
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce, divided
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) pizza crust mix
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
- on until onions are crisp-tender.
- Add spinach and ground crumbles; cook 5 min.
- or until spinach is wilted and crumbles are heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in mozzarella, 1/2 cup pizza sauce and crushed pepper.
- Remove from heat.
- Prepare pizza dough as directed on package.
- Roll out 3/4 of the dough into 11-inch round on lightly floured surface; place on bottom and up side of 9-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spoon spinach mixture onto center of crust; spread to within 2 inches of edge.
- Fold edge of crust over spinach mixture.
- Roll remaining dough into 8-inch circle; place over pizza.
- Pinch edges of crusts together to seal; brush with remaining oil.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until golden brown, topping with remaining pizza sauce and Parmesan after 15 min.
