Maurice Salad(Makes 6 Servings.)

  1. Combine mayonnaise, pickle juice, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; stir in eggs, onion and pickle.
  2. Allow to refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  3. Wash and break lettuce into bite-size pieces; chill thoroughly.
  4. At serving time, toss dressing with lettuce and place in salad bowl.
  5. Top with chicken, ham, cheese and tomato wedges and a few slices of hard-cooked eggs.
