Hummus Pork Chops #2

  1. On full blast, heat up a small, non-stick saute pan.
  2. Combine all spices except salt in a bowl.
  3. Toss all spices in the saute pan at once.
  4. Constantly toss around spices until fragrant.
  5. Do not burn.
  6. Set aside.
  7. You just made curry.
  8. Cover chops with enough oil to coat.
  9. Season.
  10. Bake at 350 until pork reaches desired doneness.
  11. After chops are done cooking, spread hummus atop.
