Hummus Pork Chops #2
- 2 pork chops (rib eye chops shown)
- 1 packages garlic & chive hummus
- 2 tsp red curry powder
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried minced onions
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- On full blast, heat up a small, non-stick saute pan.
- Combine all spices except salt in a bowl.
- Toss all spices in the saute pan at once.
- Constantly toss around spices until fragrant.
- Do not burn.
- Set aside.
- You just made curry.
- Cover chops with enough oil to coat.
- Season.
- Bake at 350 until pork reaches desired doneness.
- After chops are done cooking, spread hummus atop.
