Grand ma's meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350?F
  2. Chop onions an bell peppers up very small
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients an mix well
  4. In a 4inch deep pan (you may choose to wrap the pan in foil or use meat loaf already shaped pans) place meat an began to mold the shape of your meatloaf.
  5. Remeber to do it with love lol
  6. You should get 2 to 3 out of 2lbs
  7. You may place the meatloaf in the oven covered or not your choice...
  8. I prefer not to cover
  9. Let cook for 45 mins to an hr.. Or until meat is at right temp.
  10. You may use the ketchup as a glaze on top

ground beef, breadcrumbs, sauce, eggs, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, flour, onion, peppers, ketchup
