Grand ma's meatloaf
- 2 lb Ground beef
- 2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Worch. Sauce
- 4 each Eggs
- 4 tbsp Gran. Garlic
- 4 tbsp Gran. Onion
- 2 tbsp Season salt
- 3 tbsp Black pepper
- 3 pinch Flour
- 1 slice Onion
- 2 slice Bell peppers
- 1 can Ketchup
- Preheat oven to 350?F
- Chop onions an bell peppers up very small
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients an mix well
- In a 4inch deep pan (you may choose to wrap the pan in foil or use meat loaf already shaped pans) place meat an began to mold the shape of your meatloaf.
- Remeber to do it with love lol
- You should get 2 to 3 out of 2lbs
- You may place the meatloaf in the oven covered or not your choice...
- I prefer not to cover
- Let cook for 45 mins to an hr.. Or until meat is at right temp.
- You may use the ketchup as a glaze on top
