Classic Greek Salad
- 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 2 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cucumber, peeled, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup small thin red onion slices, separated into rings
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- 1/2 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix (prepared using Less Oil Directions on envelope)
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- Toss lettuce with vegetables, olives and dressing.
- Spoon onto platter.
- Top with cheese.
