Braised Red Cabbage

  1. Heat 1/4 cup dressing in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook 8 min.
  3. or until onions are lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  4. Add cabbage; cook and stir 4 min.
  5. or just until cabbage is wilted.
  6. Stir in broth; cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
  8. Add remaining dressing; stir.
  9. Simmer, covered, 15 min.
  10. or until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.
