Nancy'S Nachos

  1. Fry ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chili seasoning and water according to package directions.
  3. Saute for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce and cook until meat looks "saucy".
  5. Set aside.
  6. Line a plate with chips, layer with meat, onions, green peppers, lettuce, tomatoes and picante sauce. Top with cheese, jalapeno peppers, black olives and sour cream. (Prepare enough chopped vegetables for 6 plates.)
