Beef Marinade Recipe

• 1/4 c. soy sauce
• 3 tbsp. honey
• 1/4 c. salad oil
• 1/8 c. vinegar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic
• 1 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger

1. Mix well and pour over beef.
2. Allow to marinate at least 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
3. This will marinate 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, etc.
