Tippys Chipotle Mayonnaise

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 4 chipotle peppers
• 2 tablespoons adobo sauce

1. remove 4 chilis from adobo sauce.
2. finely chop, add peppers to mayo.
3. whish or use a food processor to mix.
4. i like to add adobo sauce from the canned chilis to taste.
5. eyeball and keep taste testing to meet your heat likings.
