30-Minute Italian Pork Chop Dinner

  1. Cook rice as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, cook chops in large nonstick skillet on high heat 3 min.
  3. or until bottoms are browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium; turn chops.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano; top with peppers, dressing and tomatoes.
  6. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 10 to 12 min.
  7. or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  8. Spoon rice onto serving plates; top with chops.
  9. Cover to keep warm.
  10. Cook vegetable mixture on high heat 3 min.
  11. or until vegetables are tender and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
  12. Spoon over chops; top with cheese.
