Perfect Sausage Balls
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 pound Pork Sausage
- 4 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons Dried Rosemary Leaves, Crushed
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Parsley Or 1/2 Tsp Parsley Flakes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Place on a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
- Immediately remove from the cookie sheet.
- Note: You can make the sausage balls (with or without baking them) ahead of time and pop them in the freezer.
- Just bake or reheat accordingly.
- I wouldnt freeze them for more than a month, though.
