Ajilimojili Recipe

  1. Puree the red pepper, green pepper, Scotch Bonnet peppers, garlic, coriander and lime juice in a food processor.
  2. Add in the vinegar, salt, black pepper and extra virgin olive oil and process again.
  3. Bottle the sauce in warm sterilized jars.
