Lemon Whipped Cream

• 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup Lemon curd, homemade or store bought
• 3 tbsp confectioner's sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1. Whip cream until soft peaks form
2. Add lemon curd, confectioner's sugar, vanilla and drops of yellow food coloring, beat until just firm
3. Use this to top and fill cakes, cupcakes,pies, brownies, bars,cookies anywhere a lemon whipped cream would taste good!
