Yummy, Sticky-Sweet Saucy Ribs (Or Chops)

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Brown meat in molten butter in a heavy skillet.
  2. Add onions to the skillet with the meat and cook till transparent.
  3. Mix all the other ingredients together and pour over the meat.
  4. Place into the oven and leave for approximately 1 hour.
  5. Turn meat occasionaly and check sauce.
  6. Add a little water if necessary, but it should become thick and sticky.
  7. Enjoy.
  8. Remember to hide a portion for later!
  9. (Thats why it only says 5 portions!)
