Yummy, Sticky-Sweet Saucy Ribs (Or Chops)
- 6 whole Pork Chops Or Rib Portions
- 1 tablespoon, 2 teaspoons, 1- 1/4 pinches Butter
- 1 whole Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup, 2-23 teaspoons, 78 pinches Boiling Water
- 8 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 5-78 pinches Brown Sugar
- 8 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 5-78 pinches White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon, 2 teaspoons, 1- 1/4 pinches Balsmic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon, 2 teaspoons, 1- 1/4 pinches Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 2-13 pinches Apricot Jam
- 2 tablespoons, 1- 1/2 pinches Powdered Instant Coffee (yes!)
- 1 teaspoon, 1/4 pinches Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons, 1/2 pinches Lemon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon, 1/4 pinches Salt, Or To Taste
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Brown meat in molten butter in a heavy skillet.
- Add onions to the skillet with the meat and cook till transparent.
- Mix all the other ingredients together and pour over the meat.
- Place into the oven and leave for approximately 1 hour.
- Turn meat occasionaly and check sauce.
- Add a little water if necessary, but it should become thick and sticky.
- Enjoy.
- Remember to hide a portion for later!
