My Chili

  1. In large pot Brown meat.
  2. Then drain oil.
  3. Place meat back in pot.
  4. Add all ingredients.
  5. Bring to a Boil.
  6. Once boiling put to simmer.
  7. For about 2-3 hours.
  8. Add water if needed.
  9. Adjust ingredients as needed.
  10. I only adjust the cumin and/or chili powder.
  11. Depends how spicy you like it.
