Chicken Broccoli Bake
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. melted butter or margarine
- Cook broccoli for 3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Arrange broccoli evenly on the bottom of the 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine chicken, soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and curry powder.
- Pour over the broccoli in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture (additional cheese may be used, to taste).
- Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serves 8.
