Tostada Waffles

• 1 each eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup flour, all-purpose
• 2 tablespoons cornmeal
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 pound beef lean
• 1 package taco seasoning mix
• 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
• 2 cups lettuce shredded
• 1 medium tomatoes chopped
• 1/2 cup sour cream

1. Preheat waffle maker.
2. Place all ingredients into Osterizer- blender container.
3. Cover, process at a medium speed until dry ingredients are moistened.
4. Do not over blend.
5. Pour 1/2 cup batter over center of grids.
6. Close waffle maker.
7. Bake until golden, about 2 minutes.
8. For meat sauce, prepare mix according to package directions.
9. Place 1/4 cup sauce on each waffle.
10. Add toppings.
11. For toppings, on each waffle, top meat sauce with 2 tablespoon cheese, 1/4 cup lettuce and 2 tablespoon tomato.
12. Garnish with 1 tablespoon.
13. sour cream and olives.
14. Serve immediately.
