Greek-style pinwheels

  1. Heat oil in a large frypan, add sliced onion and saute until translucent.
  2. Add mince to the pan and cook until evenly browned.
  3. Stir through tomato paste, spinach, oregano and pinenuts and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Spread half the filling evenly over each sheet leaving a 2cm border at the right hand edge.
  5. Place Philly* chunks over meat on the left hand side and roll up like a swiss roll towards the right hand side.
  6. Cut each log into 3cm slices and place on a lined baking tray.
  7. Bake at 200C for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  8. Serve warm or cold.
