Easy Cheesecake
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 8 ounces cream cheese, soften
- 12 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 cup sugar
- 16 ounces pie filling or 12 ounces frozen fruit or 12 ounces fresh fruit
- mix cream cheese with.
- sugar & vanilla till smooth.
- then add cool whip a little.
- at a time till blended well.
- pour into pie crust put
- fruit or pie filling on top
- put inches.
- fridge for at least 3 hours.
