Aunt Millie's Caramel Corn Recipe

• 3 quart popped popcorn
• 1/4 c. honey
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c. nuts, optional

1. Combine honey, sugar and butter to boil 5 min.
2. Add in vanilla and pour mix over popcorn and nuts.
3. Bake for 45 to 60 min at 200 degrees, stirring every 15 min to coat popcorn.
