Tomato Tuna Melts

  1. Preheat broiler to 500.
  2. Use a paring knife to hull out the center of the tomato, then scoop out flesh with a spoon.
  3. Drain tuna.
  4. Combine well with Italian Dressing.
  5. Stuff the tomato with the tuna salad, top with a slice of cheese, and broil until cheese is golden.
  6. Eat it up!
