On 'cue Pulled Pork

  1. Rub pork roast.
  2. Place in dutch oven or stockpot with lid.
  3. Cover with onions.
  4. Mix vinegars and liquid smoke with 1 cup water.
  5. Pour under roast in pan.
  6. Cover tightly and roast at 275 for 6 to 8 hours.
  7. No peeking!
  8. Remove from oven and let rest, still covered, for an hour.
  9. I know its smells good.
  10. You can do it!
  11. Just wait.
  12. Remove meat to a bowl.
  13. Use large carving forks to pull and shred meat using the stab and twist shredding method.
  14. Give it a good stir once fairly shredded.
  15. Add in up to 3/4 cup of the liquid from the stockpot to the meat bowl.
  16. Stir well.
  17. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup your favorite BBQ sauce.
  18. I love the sweet baby rays copycat on this site.
  19. Stir to evenly coat meat.
  20. Serve and enjoy!
  21. You'll never know this didn't sit on a smoker all day!
  22. Such good flavor!
  23. Try serving on honey oat bread made into 12 buns!
