Cheese & Pepper Omelet

  1. Spray medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add peppers and onion; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 min.
  3. or until tender.
  4. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  5. Whisk together egg and egg white with 1 Tbsp.
  6. water.
  7. Pour eggs into skillet; cover.
  8. Cook 6 min.
  9. Top with pepper mixture and cheese.
  10. Using spatula, fold egg mixture over filling; cover.
  11. Cook 3 min.
  12. or until cheese is melted.
  13. Serve with salsa.
  14. Spread toast with margarine and jelly.
  15. Enjoy toast and melon with the omelet.
  16. Serve a glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT SUNRISE with meal.
