Orange Spinach Salmon Salad

  1. Chop or tear spinach and place on plate or in bowl (1/4 pound = 2 cups).
  2. Drain mandarin oranges, pat dry and place on spinach.
  3. Top with drained, canned salmon.
  4. Mix, in small bowl, orange juice concentrate, olive oil and oregano.
  5. Drizzle dressing over salad.
  6. Enjoy breadsticks with your salad.
