Marc's Spicy Tuna (Sushi Hand Rolls)

  1. Cut the tuna sashimi into 1-1.5 cm cubes.
  2. Cut the green onion in small pieces.
  3. Finely chop the garlic.
  4. Add the sesame oil to the tuna, green onion and garlic from Step 1, and mix lightly.
  5. Add all of the seasonings, except the mayonnaise.
  6. Adjust the amount of chilli powder and other spices to suit your taste.
  7. Add the fish roe and mix until it's blended into the other ingredients.
  8. Add in the mayonnaise and mix well.
  9. Taste, and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
  10. It's done.
  11. It looks something like Negitoro (minced fatty tuna and green onion).
