Orange Jelly with Lots of Orange Pulp

  1. This is the powdered kanten I used.
  2. You dissolve each pack in 400 ml water.
  3. I used half of this - but use whatever brand you're familiar with.
  4. Work over a bowl since you'll be using both the orange pulp and juice.
  5. Peel the orange and slide a knife into the cluster to remove the flesh.
  6. Transfer the meat into the cups.
  7. Remove seeds.
  8. I used 100 ml of juice.
  9. Add 100 ml of water and 1/2 packet of kanten (eye-balled) to dissolve.
  10. Heat, and add sugar.
  11. When the mixture boils and the sugar is fully dissolved, add orange juice.
  12. Pour into the cups.
  13. Chill to finish.
