Orange Jelly with Lots of Orange Pulp
- 3 large Orange
- 1/2 packet Kanten
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- This is the powdered kanten I used.
- You dissolve each pack in 400 ml water.
- I used half of this - but use whatever brand you're familiar with.
- Work over a bowl since you'll be using both the orange pulp and juice.
- Peel the orange and slide a knife into the cluster to remove the flesh.
- Transfer the meat into the cups.
- Remove seeds.
- I used 100 ml of juice.
- Add 100 ml of water and 1/2 packet of kanten (eye-balled) to dissolve.
- Heat, and add sugar.
- When the mixture boils and the sugar is fully dissolved, add orange juice.
- Pour into the cups.
- Chill to finish.
