Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

  1. Broil mushrooms 2 minutes on each side.
  2. Mix cracker crumbs, red pepper, chives, margarine, garlic and mustard.
  3. Top each mushroom with 2 Tbsp.
  4. crumb mixture.
  5. Bake at 400F for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
