Spicy Asian Shrimp Salad
- 6 cups shredded napa cabbage or romaine lettuce
- 2 cups pea pods (about 6 oz.)
- 1 can (15 oz.) baby corn, drained
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned, cooked
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- Toss all ingredients.
- Variation: Prepare as directed, substituting 2 cooked chicken breast halves, sliced, for shrimp.
- Cannot find baby corn?
- Substitute 1 cup frozen corn, thawed, for baby corn.
