Jalisco Flower

• Ice
• 3/4 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 1/2 ounce reposado tequila
• 1 ounce fresh Ruby Red grapefruit juice
• 4 ounces chilled Prosecco

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the St-Germain, tequila and grapefruit juice and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled flute and stir in the Prosecco.
