Scrambled New York Breakfast Wrap (South Beach Diet P2)

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 T oil over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and salt and pepper; cook , stirring occasionally, until just soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add eggs and allow to set for about 10 seconds.
  4. Sprinkle with salmon and cream cheese cut into small pieced.
  5. Scramble with eggs until cooked through, about 1 minute.
  6. Divide scramble among tortillas.
  7. Roll up burrito style and serve hot.
