Vegetable Pizza Recipe
- 1 can crescent dinner rolls
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. dry Knorr vegetable soup mix
- Assorted raw vegetables (broccoli, squash, green or possibly red peppers, onions, zucchini, tomatoes (anything you like)
- Flatten dinner rolls on cookie sheet and bake till done.
- Mix dry soup mix with softened cream cheese.
- Cold bread completely then spread with mix.
- Sprinkle your choice of finely minced vegetables (add in tomatoes just before serving to keep it from getting soggy).
- Cut into bite size pcs - to be eaten with fingers.
