Kimchi ramen
- 2 top ramen bags
- 1 1/2 cup kimchi (or to taste)
- 3 tsp beef dashida (korean beef stock)
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1 dash seasame seeds
- bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add ramen, cook for only 30 seconds
- drain water if you prefer less soupy
- add ingredients and boil until al dente/to your liking.
