Barbecue Sauce
- 1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
- 1/3 c. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 5 lb. ground beef
- 12 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
- 10 to 12 oz. beer
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce plus extra dashes
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard (yellow or spicy brown)
- 2 medium onions
- 1 large green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt or salt substitute
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pinch celery seed
- pinch or two red pepper flakes (if desired)
- You will need a large skillet, large crock-pot and microwave oven.
