Chicken L' Orange

  1. Lightly flatten chicken breasts.
  2. In skillet, slowly saute chicken in butter until cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Remove chicken; set aside.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in orange juice; stir in 57 sauce and marmalade.
  5. Pour into skillet.
  6. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
  7. Return chicken to skillet; heat.
  8. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  9. Garnish with almonds.
  10. Serve over rice.
