Cordon Bleu Pizza
- 1 pizza crust, of choice (my own GF crust Gluten Free - Thin Pizza Crust)
- 1 large chicken breast, seasoned with Montreal Steak Spice
- 1 cup shaved deli ham, then chopped for topping
- 12 an onion, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 12 cup ranch dressing
- 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- season chicken breast with Montreal Steak spice and bake in oven @ 350F till cooked, cool and slice for pizza topping.
- Spread dijon mustard evenly over prepared or ready to bake crust, and top with ranch dressing.
- Layer 1/2 of both cheeses, onion, chicken, ham and then top with remaining cheeses.
- Bake in 450F oven till bubbly (usually 13-15 mins).
