Irish Grinders
- 3 lbs corned beef brisket, with spice packet
- 1 cup water
- 13 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 4 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
- 8 kaiser rolls
- dijon-style mustard
- Trim meat.
- Sprinkle spices over meat.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Combine water, mustard and horseradish.
- Pour over meat and top with cabbage.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Transfer meat to cutting board.
- Thinly slice across the grain.
- Place on rolls.
- With slotted spoon, place some of the cooked cabbage on the meat.
