Tropic Fish Tacos
- 1 pound Fish Of Choice, Cleaned, Filleted
- Blackened Seasoning, Or Your Favorite Fish Seasoning, To Taste
- 8 Corn Tortillas, Homemade Or From Refrigerated Section
- 2 Mangoes, Peeled, Pitted, Diced
- 2 Tomatoes, Diced
- 2 Avocados, Peeled, Pitted, Sliced
- Queso Fresco, To Serve
- Chopped Fresh Cilantro, To Serve
- 2 Limes, Cut Into Wedges
- Season fish and prepare grill.
- Grill over medium to medium-high heat, about 6 minutes each side.
- Let cool for 3 minutes and cut into cubes.
- Warm tortillas in pan according to package directions.
- Top with fish, avocado, tomato, mango, crumbled queso fresco, and cilantro.
- Drizzle lime juice over tacos.
