Baked Brie with Cherries
- 8 ounces, weight Lite Brie Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cups Cherry Jam Or Cherry Preserves
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or use a pie dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cut off the rind on top of the cheese, but leave the sides and bottom intact.
- If you do not have any rind on the sides, make a shallow bowl out of aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray and place the cheese in it.
- Mix maple syrup with cherry jam and spread on top of cheese.
- Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is soft and bubbly.
