Marinated Cod Teriyaki Recipe

  1. In small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, water, sherry, garlic and ginger.
  2. Arrange fillet in 8x8 inch glass baking dish and pour teriyaki mix over fillet.
  3. Turn fish over to coat other side.
  4. Cover dish.
  5. Chill for 1 hour.
  6. Bake 350 degrees F. till flakes easily when tested with fork.
