Marinated Cod Teriyaki Recipe
- 2 tbsp. each teriyaki sauce and water
- 1 tbsp. plus dry sherry
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 10 ounce. cod fillet
- In small bowl combine teriyaki sauce, water, sherry, garlic and ginger.
- Arrange fillet in 8x8 inch glass baking dish and pour teriyaki mix over fillet.
- Turn fish over to coat other side.
- Cover dish.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Bake 350 degrees F. till flakes easily when tested with fork.
