Crab Triangles
- 8 ounces crab, picked free of shells
- 5 ounces Kraft Old English cheese spread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 1 dash cayenne pepper, to taste
- 12 English muffins, split and toasted
- Old Bay Seasoning
- Combine 1st seven ingredients (through cayenne pepper) in a large bowl.
- Spread mixture over muffin rounds.
- Score each round into quarters with a knife or pizza cutter.
- Try not to cut all the way through.
- Place the rounds on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with Old Bay.
- Freeze for several hours, then place into a zip-lock freezer bag.
- Freeze until needed.
- When needed, preheat broiler.
- Place as many rounds as you need onto a greased foil-lined pan.
- Broil for 4 to 6 minutes, watching carefully, until bubbly and golden brown.
- Place onto serving dish, and separate into quarters.
