Herb Butter(Great With Broiled Or Baked Fish And Chicken.)
- 1 lb. unsalted butter
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. freshly chopped tarragon
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped basil
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp. chopped marjoram
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. kosher salt
- 1/2 c. chili powder
- 1/2 c. Spanish paprika
- 1/3 c. cumin
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 2 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dried basil
- 2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- Mix all ingredients together and place in a jar for storage.
