Crispy Frozen Yogurt (Low Calorie Low Carb+easy and Creative!!!!
- 12 cup low-fat yogurt (any flavor of your choice)
- berries (topping) (optional)
- Pour yogurt into a small bowl.
- Freeze overnight or until solid as rock.
- Take it out of the fridge and microwave for 10 secs.
- The sides of the yogurt, which is the part near your bowl, should be softened.
- Put yogurt into a blender and beat for 15 secs.
- or until yogurt is completely smashed.
- Transfer from blender to a glass or a bowl and top with berries.
- Serve!
