Chocolate Crackles
- 4 cup Kellogs rice bubbles
- 1 cup sifted icing sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup desicrated coconut
- 250 grams copha
- 1/2 cup 100's and 1000's or edible silver balls to decorate / optional
- fill cup cake trays with cup cake cup papers or use silicone ones and set aside ready to be filled .
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine .
- Melt the copha gently then cool slightly .
- now pour into and over the dry ingredients and stir mixing well to coat and combine all .
- Take spoonfuls of the mixture and fill each cup cake paper heaped and sprinkle with 100's and 1000's or silver balls and place in the refridgerator till set .
- eat and enjoy .
