Fish Tacos

  1. Wash and dry 12 pieces of cod fillets or white fish, 1-1/2 oz (42 grm).
  2. each.
  3. Heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees (200 C.).
  4. Fry a single layer of fish until golden brown.
  5. Heat tortilla shells until soft.
  6. Pile on fish, tomatoes, salsa, cabbage, and limejuice;
  7. fold and eat.
