Clafouti with Raisins

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Butter 9-inch-diameter glass pie dish.
  3. Sprinkle raisins in prepared dish.
  4. Whisk 1/2 cup powdered sugar, yolks, egg, flour and salt in medium bowl until blended.
  5. Whisk in cream, then milk; pour custard over raisins.
  6. Bake clafouti until set in center, about 40 minutes.
  7. Sift remaining 1 tablespoon sugar over.
  8. Let stand 15 minutes.
  9. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
