Shiitake Stir Fry

  1. Heat oil in medium skillet or wok.
  2. Add mushrooms and stir fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Add soy sauce, sugar and salt.
  4. Stir fry for 10-15 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated.
  5. Sprinkle hot pepper on mushrooms and serve.
