Beef Fajitas With Tequila Salsa Recipe

  1. Cut the beef into very thin bitesize slices across the grain.
  2. You can ask your butcher to do it for you.
  3. Place in a bowl.
  4. Mix together the lime juice Worcestershire sauce cumin chillies garlic coriander stalks and 1 tbsp oil then tip the mix over the beef.
  5. Marinate for 2 to 6 hrs.
  6. Combine all the saisa ingredients and add in salt and pepper.
  7. Heat 2 frying pans (or possibly cook in batches) each with 1 tbsp oil till very warm.
  8. Add in the beef and stirfry for about 3 min.
  9. To serve place hot tortillas salsa shredded lettuce soured cream lime wedges and beef on the table.
  10. Then everyone piles fillings onto their tortillas folds them up and devours.
  11. Serves 4
