Impossible Lasagne Pie
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. Bisquick mix
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Brown beef and onions; drain.
- Add seasoning, tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
- Mix well. Spoon into casserole dish, 1/2 of meat mixture.
- On top of this, layer Ricotta cheese.
- Layer remaining meat mixture.
- Blend last 5 ingredients in blender for 15 seconds.
- Pour over top.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and serve.
