Hi Mein

  1. In wok or large saucepan, saute onions and garlic in oil.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
  3. Add meat and cook until almost done. Add carrots, bamboo shoots, cabbage stems and 2 cups water.
  4. Cook mixture for 3 minutes.
  5. (You may adjust according to your taste.) Add 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Mix well.
  6. Add the cornstarch mix, stirring vigorously, and add cabbage leaves.
  7. Remove from heat and add to linguini.
  8. Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
  9. Mix well and serve.
