Cheesy Tuna-Stuffed Poblanos

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions; cook and stir 3 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in tomatoes; cook 3 min.
  6. Stir in tuna; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro.
  8. Fill chiles with tuna mixture; place, cut sides up, on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Top with cheese; cover.
  10. Bake 20 min.
  11. or until peppers are heated through and cheese is melted.
